There is an extra admin charge of 5% if rent is paid monthly in cash;
an extra admin charge of 2% if rent is paid monthly by direct debit.
If payment is received in two half year installments as shown above there is no admin charge.
2nd installment to be paid after 19 weeks.
 

We welcome all students, students couples, student families;
and by September we will have 3 extra 2-bed (non-student) apartments for visiting Academics
